Congratulations to our Trailblazing Tech Award Winner 2022

Manchester is the UK's biggest tech city outside of London, employing nearly 72,000 talented people in the region. We wanted to celebrate this by giving tech businesses the opportunity to do a live demonstration in front of an audience of over 250 business leaders.

After much consideration, we filtered through and shortlisted ten applicants and in May they presented in front of our panel of expert judges: Martyn Barrow – MID Communications, Linda Stoddard - Mills & Reeve, Caroline Monk – Beever & Struthers, David Bleakman - Barclays Eagle Labs & Nicola McCormick - pro-manchester

Our judges then put them through their paces with a quick-fire Q&A and shortlisted their top three - Spac3DVR, Candle & Dream Agility

Our finalists then presented their tech products at our Trailblazing Tech 2022 event, whilst giving the audience the opportunity to vote and decide who their winner of the pro-manchester Trailblazing Tech Award for 2022 would be.

The audience have spoken, votes have been counted and we are extremely excited to finally announce the winner of the pro-manchester Trailblazing Tech 2022 award is...Candle.

A huge congratulations from the pro-manchester team to Candle for winning the Trailblazing Tech 2022 award and well done to Dream Agility and Spac3dVR for making it into our final three shortlist – a huge achievement in itself.
