Kate Longworth, CEO - Gaia Learning

Kate Longworth is the CEO of Gaia Learning, a personalised online learning platform designed to support neurodivergent young people, helping them flourish both academically and emotionally.
Inspired by her own experience as a mother to a neurodivergent daughter Kate is deeply passionate about creating inclusive educational solutions.
As an experienced entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, facilitator and leader, Kate is motivated by the 100s of parents, families and school partners within the Gaia Learning community who seek alternatives to traditional mainstream education for their children. Inspired by her own experience as a mother to a neurodivergent daughter Kate is deeply passionate about creating inclusive educational solutions.
Before creating Gaia Learning Kate developed an online mental health platform called YouinMind, and worked with schools and colleges across the UK to improve and innovate learning experiences and journeys.
Under Kate’s leadership, Gaia Learning offers tailored 1:1 and group classes, tuition, readymade courses, and coaching for learners who struggle in conventional school settings. Her mission is to collaborate with Multi Academy Trust CEOs, Headteachers, SENCO
Leads, and influential EdTech leaders to expand access to alternative education solutions.
