Azhar Quaiyoom, Founder & CEO - Q Sustain Ltd

​Azhar is the founder and CEO of Q Sustain Ltd, a specialist Manchester based Engineering & Sustainability company that is using tech and producing App products that will help the construction and rail industry to reduce its capital (embodied) and operational carbon. Azhar has 20 years’ experience within sustainable design and delivery across different sectors such as mix use, commercial, healthcare and rail, and creating first of its kind achievements across complex projects. This is coupled with invaluable experience in practical major Infrastructure and build projects, with extensive knowledge of the feasibility, design and implementation stages. With this experience, Azhar runs this fast growing consultancy that is well placed to continue expansion and diversify. Q Sustain are also specialising in Smart Buildings for monitoring and reducing energy and carbon.

Azhar is also non Executive Director for the Greater Manchester Climate Change Agency, and supports local initiatives such as the GM City of Trees.
