Rob Bowley - CTO & Tech Advisor, Pragmatic Partners
Rob Bowley is an accomplished technology leader with over 23 years experience and 12+ in senior leadership roles (CTO or equivalent). Most of that has been in start-ups & scale-ups, but also large-scale enterprise organisations and he's led teams ranging in size from 4 to 200 engineers.
Based in Manchester he's working as CTO Consultant (or Fractional CTO) supporting start-ups and scale-ups, primarily in the North West, and also supporting investors with technical due diligence and other related activities.
He's actively involved in the tech community. I’m a member of Manchester City Council’s digital advisory board and a mentor on multiple accelerator programmes. He’s also an advocate for improving career pathways into tech and providing greater opportunities for underrepresented groups in our industry.
